For us, smaller is better. We represent a small number of attorneys at any given time. We listen to our candidates, we respect their needs, and we always act in their best interest. Although we generally present candidates to a small number of carefully selected firms, we enjoy an extremely high success rate in placing them. In part, this is because we know our market. But we also think it is because we provide impeccable personal service.

As attorneys, we understand the importance of confidentiality. All conversations we have with an attorney are confidential and we never submit a resume without an attorney's express authorization.

We value our long-term relationships with both the attorneys and the law firms with whom we work. We know that long-term relationships yield rewards that far outweigh short-term gain. We would much rather build goodwill for the years to come than to make an unsuitable placement.

Market knowledge
Attorneys know they can depend on us for our market knowledge and insight. We are constantly gathering information and word-of-mouth from associates, partners, hiring attorneys, firm administrators and firmsą clients. We can tell you who is hiring, but more importantly, we can direct you towards that opportunity that is ideally suited for you in light of your goals, values and priorities.
